UNLV Continuing Education has initiated a new advertising campaign to encourage its past loyal and future new students to “Never Stop Learning.” Created by B&P Advertising, the campaign and its new look began with a soft roll out in August with the Fall 2012 Continuing Education Catalog. In the months ahead, you will see and hear the “Never Stop Learning” message in print, online and on the air in such media as BLVD magazine, KNPR, Facebook, and digital outdoor billboards.
What is the future of online education at UNLV? Recently, Vice Provost for Educational Outreach Peg Rees was quoted in a local news report as saying, “We’re trying to build a brand around the world to be the leader in online education. We want to be the gold standard in online education.”
The Division of Educational Outreach is pleased to announce the opening of two new computer teaching labs at our UNLV Paradise Campus. While a handful of courses tested the PC lab in August, the sleek, silvery Macs will welcome their first users in mid-September. The new computer will stay busy with the expanding schedule of technology classes UNLV Continuing Education has put together.

The Division of Educational Outreach has launched the first phase of its new website. In addition to a new look, the site now includes a content management system, which will allow for easier content creation and maintenance, as well as increased multimedia content.
