The SAGE Academy is celebrating its 5th Anniversary in Summer 2009! Since 2004, we have offered summer classes designed especially for Clark County’s gifted high school students, taught by instructors with degrees from prestigious universities selected for their special skills in teaching gifted populations.

SAGE students earn 3 college credits as well as high school enrichment credit. Students read the most recent literature in their fields, make friends with gifted peers across the Vegas Valley and beyond, learn valuable study habits and independently research selected topics, all mentored by faculty instructors.

2009 Dates: Monday, July 13 - Friday, July 31: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Place: UNLV main campus
Cost: $875.00 (includes lunch in the UNLV Dining Commons, textbooks and a parking pass). Limited numbers of scholarships are available.
First Review of Applications: February 27, 2009, with rolling admissions thereafter until May 2009.
Who is Eligible? All gifted high school students (entering freshmen through graduating seniors). Gifted middle schoolers and homeschooled children are also welcome! Certify your eligibility by providing proof of one of the following:
