* Please note: Each student is responsible for the payment of all fees associated with each course in which he/she enrolls within the time period specified by UNLV.  A student who fails to pay the aforementioned fees in a timely manner must pay the late fees established by UNLV and is subject to additional penalties as determined by the Institution.  Failure to pay applicable fees when due will result in referral to an outside collection agency.

* Please note: A $25 service fee is assessed for any check that is returned from the bank for any reason.  Post-dated or two-party checks will not be accepted.  Any returned check shall be made good within ten days after notification to the student or suspension or dis-enrollment procedures may be instituted.  The Division of Educational Outreach cooperates with the Clark County District Attorney’s office to prevent bad check losses.

* Please note: UNLV PCard (Procurement Card) cannot be used to pay for UNLV Educational Outreach sponsored or cosponsored professional development programs. Please use an IDR (Inter Departmental Requisition) when registering staff for these programs. The policy applies even when programs are presented at off-campus locations such as hotel convention and meeting facilities.
