The Manager’s Toolbox 101 Certificate Program is essential for all those who have just reached the manager’s level or are hoping to achieve that goal in the near future.  Consisting of four seminars, the program will provide basic information that all NEW managers should have as they deal with day-to-day issues in their organizations. 

During this compact, fast-paced program you will learn the fundamentals of effective management and be able to immediately implement what you have learned when you return to your office.  You’ll be able to share experiences with your instructors and classmates and gain their invaluable feedback.  In just four short classes, you will see a remarkable improvement in your knowledge, skills, and abilities and will have the competency necessary to make important decisions that impact your organization. 

To earn this certificate, you must complete the following courses:

Each course is offered in one day, from 9am to 4pm and includes materials, continental breakfast and lunch.  Classes can be taken as part of the Manager’s Toolbox 101 Certificate program or as individual courses.
